  1. License Agreement
  2.  
  3. BY CLICKING ON THE "YES" BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO 
  4. BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS 
  5. AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF 
  6. THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "NO" BUTTON.

  9. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, iISoftware 
  10. hereby grants you a license to use iISystem Wiper free of 
  11. charge and on an "AS IS" basis, solely for your private, personal 
  12. use.  You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, 
  13. alter, duplicate, distribute for profit, or make copies of the Client. 
  14.  
  15. You will not use or rely on iISystem Wiper, the iiSoftware Website, 
  16. or any other program, information or service whatsoever related there
  17. to for "mission critical" or "content sensitive" applications and use.  
  18. For purposes of this Agreement "mission critical" applications and use 
  19. shall mean applications and use that may result in damage; "content 
  20. sensitive" applications and use shall mean any information or data you 
  21. do not wish to be freely accessible and generally available to Internet 
  22. users.

  24. By using iISystem Wiper, you agree to comply with any applicable
  25. legal obligations, including but not limited to, obligations 
  26. imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, privacy and export 
  27. laws.
  28.  
  29. iISoftware does not want to receive any confidential, secret or 
  30. proprietary information and material from you through the iISoftware 
  31. Website, mail and e-mail addresses, or in any other way.  
  32. ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL SUBMITTED OR SENT TO 
  33. IISOFTWARE WILL BE DEEMED NOT TO BE CONFIDENTIAL OR 
  34. SECRET.  By submitting or sending documentation, information or other 
  35. material to iISoftware, you: (i) warrant that you have no rights of any kind to 
  36. the materials or the content thereof; that to the best of your knowledge, no 
  37. other party has any rights to the materials or their content; (ii) grant 
  38. iISoftware an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, 
  39. perform, modify, transmit and distribute such documentation, information or 
  40. other materials; and (iii) further agree that iISoftware is free to use any ideas, 
  41. know-how, concepts or techniques you send to iISoftware for any purpose.

  43. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF IISYSTEM WIPER IS AT 
  44. YOUR SOLE RISK. IISYSTEM WIPER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS 
  45. IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.  IISOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT, 
  46. GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE 
  47. USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF IISYSTEM WIPER IN 
  48. TERMS OF THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, VALIDITY, 
  49. STABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE OF 
  50. THEIR CONTENTS OR PRODUCTS.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE 
  51. RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF IISYSTEM WIPER IS 
  52. ASSUMED BY THE USER. 
  53.  
  54. iISoftware does not warrant or guarantee that the functions or services 
  55. performed by iISystem Wiper will be uninterrupted or error-free or that 
  56. defects in iISystem Wiper will be corrected. You hereby acknowledge that 
  57. you are aware that by downloading iISystem Cleanerfrom the iISoftware 
  58. Website or from any other website, you might be exposed to infection by 
  59. viruses, worms, Trojan horses or anything else manifesting contaminating or 
  60. destructive properties.  It is your sole responsibility to isolate the program 
  61. and information, execute anti-contamination software and otherwise take 
  62. steps to ensure that the program or information, if contaminated or infected, 
  63. will not damage your information or system. You acknowledge that you are 
  64. aware of security and privacy limitations arising from usage of the Internet, 
  65. including, but not restricted to, the limitation of authentication measures. The 
  66. entire risk as to the quality and performance of the BG System and the 
  67. accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness, validity and quality thereof 
  68. or of any other information is with you.
  69.  
  70. IN NO EVENT WILL IISOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY 
  71. OTHER PARTY (i) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, 
  72. PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES 
  73. (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  74. BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
  75. PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE), OR ANY OTHER 
  76. DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE AVAILABILITY, 
  77. USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE IISYSTEM WIPER, 
  78. OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY IISOFTWARE OR 
  79. ITS USERS, EVEN IF IISOFTWARE SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED 
  80. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF 
  81. THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR 
  82. OTHERWISE; OR (ii) FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, 
  83. OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE 
  84. PROPERTIES OF ANY INFORMATION.
